- The basic functionality of Collect is (currently) free from registration and charge. - If you use a paid subscription Service, the initial subscription term starts once the fees due have been paid in full.
- We may introduce or change the fees for the Services from time to time, for which we will give you advance notice. If you have a fixed term and price subscription, that price will remain in force for the fixed term. If you do not agree with the price change, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Services by the end of the then-current Service term. If you continue to use the Services after the price change goes into effect, you agree to pay the changed price. Fee introductions will require your prior consent and registration.

For instance: if the commencement date of your monthly subscription is 2 February and you cancel your subscription on 17 October, you will continue to have access until 2 November.
- Pro Pass is linked to your Transfer Infnite Pro subscription. So if you cancel your subscription you will lose access to Paste Pro and Collect Pro.
- Cancellation does not give you any right to reimbursement of (part of) the subscription fee, unless local mandatory consumer law obliges to do so.
- In case your subscription is automatically renewed for a period of more than three (3) months, you will have the right to cancel the subscription at any time after such renewal with a cancellation term of one (1) month. In case of cancellation based on this clause you may request reimbursement of part of the subscription fee. This means that you pay for the period until the cancellation enters into force, based on the standard monthly fee for the respective Service.
- Upon cancellation or if a payment is not successfully settled (for instance due to expiration or insufficient funds), your account will be deactivated after the end of your subscription period. You will then not have access to your personal data, address book and any Content stored using the Service(s). You can reactivate your subscription at any time in your account settings by making payment within four weeks after deactivation. Activities & purposes

- Safety, integrity & security: Transfer Infinite follows up on abuse reports, NTD/DMCA reports, fraud investigations and could investigate your compliance with our of our Terms of Services and/or API Terms of Use. Furthermore, we detect & block Child Sexual Abuse Imagery (CSAI). Detection of CSAI leads to automated decisions whether such Content is potential CSAI. Cases of potential CSAI will be reported directly to law enforcement agencies. Furthermore, we protect ourselves against fraud and other illegal activities. In all these cases we withhold the right to preserve your Content and share it, together with other identifying information, with law enforcement agencies. Finally, we could use your personal information for internal control to safeguard our and your safety, integrity and security. For instance, in case of any suspicion of violations of our Terms of Services or the API Terms of Use.
- Improvement & development: we evaluate the use of our Services to improve our Services, fix bugs, develop new products and services. We do this either by market research (for instance by sending out surveys) or by performing analyses (for example by tracking and bringing together your personal information across our Services or across your mobile devices). We do this in order to understand how our user base as a whole interacts with our Services, but also to review the effect of our advertisements and to improve those Services and advertisements accordingly.
- Marketing, advertisement & communication: we use your personal information for marketing and (interest based) advertising for instance by using SDKs or cookies, as well as communication. Think updates on new Services, but also personalised advertisements of Transfer Infinite or our partners, which we can serve on our or third party websites. In order to find the right audience for these advertisements we will look at certain segments of people. For instance, people who use similar Services as ours, people who share the same characteristics as our current users or people within a certain geo-location, such as the Amsterdam area. In order to connect with our target audience, we might use sequential messaging, which is basically a form of storytelling: each time you interact with our Services on a different device, you may receive a slightly different ad in a different form, but the ads are part of the same story. Moreover, based on the way you interact with our Services through your devices, we might promote one of our (other) Services or features. Finally, we enable you to engage in any (personalised) actions, promotions or events we offer.
- Legal: in so far as necessary, we might use your personal information to defend Transfer Infinite in legal proceedings in relation to or as a result of your use of our Services, following a court order, abiding by any law, regulation or governmental request, cooperating with law enforcement, cooperating in fraud investigations of third parties, safeguarding national security, defense, public security, and to uphold our Terms of Services.

Our Privacy & Cookie Statement is therefore not applicable to these third party cookies and we refer you to third parties’ Privacy Statements to read how they handle personal information. You can find a list of the limited amount of third party cookies and a link to their privacy policies .

Notice and Take Down Policy
Code of Conduct
Transfer Infnite subscribes to the Indian law Notice and Take Down Code of Conduct (“Code”) of the Platform Internet Security (Platform Internetveiligheid). This Code of Conduct establishes procedures for internet intermediaries like Transfer Infnite to deal with reports of (alleged) unlawful content, directed at removal of disputed content (“Report” or “Reports”). This Notice and Take Down Policy (“NTD Policy”) describes the procedures and time limits Transfer Infnite applies in dealing with such Reports.
Report requirements
Any person or organization that makes a Report (“Notifier”) has the duty to ensure that it is correct and complete.
Transfer Infnite should be able to verify that Reports following an investigation regarding a criminal offence have originated from an inspection or investigation service, or – in the case of a formal legal order – from the Public Prosecutor’s Office. A Report of any other nature than the foregoing should include at least the following information:
- Notifier’s contact details, name, function, organisation, address, email address);
- all information Transfer Infnite needs in order to evaluate the lawfulness of the disputed content, including its location (URL);
- motivation as to the unlawfulness of the content, or why it is in conflict with Transfer Infnite’s Terms of Service, NTD or Privacy Policy;
- motivation of the reason(s) why Transfer Infnite is the most appropriate intermediary to deal with the matter.
Indemnity
Notifier will provide Transfer Infnite with an explicit indemnity against 1) claims from the user who’s content is at dispute (“Content Provider”) relating to any actions Transfer Infnite has taken in relation to handling the Report, and 2) any claims from Notifier in relation to content send through our Service.
Urgency
Notifier might request Transfer Infnite to deal with the report as a matter of urgency. In that case, the Report should substantiate all reasons for urgency. Transfer Infnite determines at its own discretion whether the report should be dealt with as a matter of urgency on the basis of the foregoing explanation.
Evaluation
Transfer Infnite shall evaluate the Report and classify it into one of three categories:
- punishable content reported by an inspection or investigation service, or – in the case of a formal legal order – by the Public Prosecutor’s Office;
- unequivocally unlawful (onmiskenbaar onrechtmatig) content and/or punishable content reported by other sources than the authorities listed under 1); and
- all other content, falling neither under category 1) or 2).
Measures
Transfer Infnite’s categorisation of the Report determines which measures are taken to address the Report.
- . In the event that Transfer Infnite determines that the content concerned is unequivocally unlawful or punishable, in other words falls under the above mentioned categories 1) and 2), Transfer Infnite ensures that the content concerned is immediately removed;
- In the event that Transfer Infnite determines that the content concerned is not unequivocally unlawful or punishable, in other words falls under the above mentioned category 3), the content concerned shall not be removed. Transfer Infnite will inform Notifier accordingly;
- In the event that Transfer Infnite is not or unsufficiently able to judge whether the content concerned is unequivocally unlawful or punishable, Transfer Infnite will inform Content Provider about the Report with the request to (i) allow Transfer Infnite to remove the content or (ii) to contact Notifier. If Notifier and Content Provider are unable to reach an agreement, Notifier can make an official report to the police if a criminal offence might be concerned. If it concerns content that is alleged to be unlawful under civil law, Notifier can bring the dispute with Content Provider before a Indian law. Should Content Provider be unwilling to sufficiently identify himself to Notifier, Transfer Infnite has the right to (i) provide Notifier with the Content Provider’s name, email address and IP-address or (ii) to remove the content concerned.
Period
Categorisation and appropriate measures will preferably take place as soon as possible, yet ultimately 10 days after receiving the Report.
Due caution
In the events that content is to be removed, Transfer Infnite shall exercise due caution to ensure that no more than the necessary content, in regards of the Report, is removed.

Responsible Disclosure Policy
Scope
The following areas are considered out of scope:
- Vulnerabilities that require access to an already compromised account (unless access to an account exposes other accounts)
- Policies as opposed to implementations - email verification, password length or reuse, etc.
- Ability to upload or download malicious files via Transferinfnite.com
- Users hosting malware on our service (contact support for this)
- Spam (unless a specific vulnerability leads to easily sending spam)
- Authentication (or lack thereof) on free transfers
- Missing security headers or 'best practices' (except if you are able to demonstrate a vulnerability that makes use of their absence)
- Vulnerabilties in our open source software (unless you have a proof of concept of how the specific vulnerability can be used on Transfer Infnite.com or related apps).
- Distributed Denial of Service attacks (DDoS)
- Social engineering attacks
- Third party applications we make use of, but do not control. (e.g. a blog hosted on an external service - unless we've configured the blog in such a way as to make our in-scope areas vulnerable)
- Integrations and extensions created by third party developers using our public API
- Non-production environments across our product line
The following areas are considered in scope:
- The Transfer Infnite.com web application
Ideally, a reported vulnerability will be achievable without physical access to a target's device.
In addition, while we welcome disclosure reports from automated tools / scans, we cannot offer a reward.
What we ask of you
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in a Transfer Infnite service, please do the following:
- Do not take advantage of the vulnerability or problem you have discovered, for example by downloading more data than necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability or deleting or modifying other people's data. This is critically important, so let us emphasise: do not interact with the data in question more than is necessary to notify us.
- Do not reveal the problem to others until it has been resolved.
- Do not use attacks on physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service (or any attack using large volumes of requests), spam or applications of third parties.
- Do provide sufficient information to reproduce the problem, so we will be able to resolve it as quickly as possible. Usually, the IP address or the URL of the affected system and a description of the vulnerability will be sufficient, but complex vulnerabilities may require further explanation.
What we promise
- We thank you for your help in making Transfer Infnite more secure.
- If you have followed the instructions above, we will not take any legal action against you in regard to the report or pass on your personal details to third parties without your permission.
- We will keep you informed of the progress towards resolving the problem.
- In the public information concerning the problem reported, we will give your name as the discoverer of the problem (unless you desire otherwise).
Recognition and remuneration
For accepted reports we may provide a financial reward. This reward will be based on the quality of the disclosure and nature of the vulnerability. Where possible we may also provide a Pro account (with a value of ₹1000) and if available some Transfer Infinite swag.
Please feel free to submit your report anonymously or under a pseudonym. Rewards are granted entirely at our discretion, and may be reduced or declined if there is evidence of abuse.
